Trust Score represents your organization’s overall AI trustworthiness on a 0-100 scale. It combines three key factors: how well you detect hallucinations, how effectively you correct them, and your compliance posture. Higher scores indicate more trustworthy AI interactions.

Score Components

Your Trust Score combines three weighted factors:

1. Hallucination Detection Rate — How well hallucinations are caught 2. Correction Rate — How many detected hallucinations are corrected 3. Compliance Score — Adherence to security and regulatory policies

Together, these factors give you a single number that represents your trust posture.

Scoring Bands

Trust Score is smoothed over time to avoid noise from individual events. You can view historical trends in your dashboard to understand how your trust posture improves over time as you maintain fresh truth nuggets and deploy corrections.
